McCall Wilder Boutique Return Policy

In Stock: All Boutique merchandise will be shipped to out-of-state clients upon approval with a confirmed major credit card number.
For our in-town clients, we also offer an approval period for available items.

If sizing or garment does not meet your needs, we will gladly accept it back if returned to us in New and Unused condition
(see below) in original packaging, along with your approval receipt:
-- within 7 business days of the package delivery signature at your home for out-of-town clients;
--within 2 business days for those in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Due to the hand-made nature of the products we sell, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
We strive to sell merchandise to each customer that is immaculate and has not been handled.
Once the above time-frames have passed, all sales are final.

Special Order: Special order merchandise is final sale. These items require a deposit before the order is submitted and,
for an additional fee, we will gladly ship them to your home address when ready. We must be advised prior to placing
the order of any deadlines so that we can try to meet these as our schedule allows. We will immediately notify the
customer if we are unable to meet an agreed upon time frame.

We are happy to help size your child with our in-store muslins which come in all sizes for each outfit.
These muslins may be taken home with our 48-hour approval service or shipped to your home for fitting our out-of-town clients.
These items also must be returned in New & Unused condition. (see below)

Gifts: Due to the time and hand work that is involved in our entire custom and ready to wear line,
we regret that we are unable to exchange gifts received from the boutique. However, we do recommend
one of our beautiful gift certificates for anyone wishing to purchase a birthday, shower or new baby gift if you are unsure of sizing or choice.
The recipients of these special  presents are always absolutely thrilled to be able to pick something out for their little ones at their leisure.

"New & Unused Condition" means there are no marks or signs of use or removal from the packaging
on the product, and all original packaging, tags and product information are intact.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT FOR RETURN ANY ITEM WITH ANY INDICATION OF USE OR HANDLING
IN SUCH A MANNER THAT PREVENTS US FROM RE-SALE AS A HIGHEST-QUALITY PRODUCT.
McCall Wilder Designs reserves the right to inspect and refuse items not acceptable for return.

Orders under $100: $15
Orders $100-500: $25
Orders $500-1000: $35*
Orders $1000+: $25-25 per box*

*We may divide these items into separate shipments
